The Project
Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice (CVHHH) is a full service, not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Association committed to providing high quality, medically-necessary home health and hospice care to all central Vermonters. Their website had grown through the years, as did the site navigation and potential paths for site visitors. As with most websites, a redesign became inevitable.
Working with Chief Marketing & Communications Director Emily McKenna and Designer Shaun Boyce, Partisan helped simplify the site and user flows, building out a custom theme using WordPress’s new block editor.
